1. Scope of Online Solar Estimates
Calculations provided by the website calculator, instant quotation wizard, or indicative tariff tables are computed using approved MERC tariff schedules and standard solar radiation constants (4 units/kW/day). Final system generation, required capacity, and financial payback depend on actual physical site surveys, roof shadow obstructions, azimuth angle, and DISCOM load sanctions.
2. Government Subsidies (PM Surya Ghar & PM-KUSUM)
Laxmi Solar is an empanelled vendor facilitating national portal submissions and technical feasibility sanctions. Subsidy amounts (e.g. ₹78,000 for residential 3 kW) are disbursed directly by the central/state government via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into the consumer's bank account following bi-directional net meter commissioning.
3. Equipment Warranties
- Solar Modules: 25-Year Linear Power Performance Warranty as per manufacturer terms.
- Grid-Tie Inverters: 5 to 10 Years standard manufacturer warranty with WiFi telematics support.
- Mounting Structures: 10 Years anti-rust warranty on hot-dip galvanized mounting structures.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising out of the website use, service proposals, or commercial agreements are subject exclusively to the courts and jurisdiction of Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.
