Cooperative Housing Societies (RWA / Common Meters)
Housing societies are eligible for ₹18,000 per kW central subsidy up to a maximum capacity of 500 kW for common area utilities (lifts, water pumps, lighting, and community EV charging).

National Portal Registration
We register your consumer account on the official MNRE portal (pmsuryaghar.gov.in) with your MSEDCL Consumer Number.
DISCOM Technical Feasibility Approval
MSEDCL division office approves solar connectivity based on local distribution transformer capacity.
Installation with DCR Solar Modules
Laxmi Solar installs certified Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) TopCon modules and BIS-approved inverters.
Bi-Directional Net Meter Sync
DISCOM engineers test and install the bi-directional net meter and generate the formal Commissioning Certificate.
Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) Credited
The central subsidy amount is credited directly to your bank account via PFMS within 30 days of commissioning.
